1. Agreement These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and services offered by BakeIt3D through bakeit3d.com. By placing an order, approving a quotation or using a paid service, you confirm that you are legally able to contract and accept these terms together with the policy and product information shown before payment. 2. Products and 3D-print characteristics We sell ready-made, personalized and custom-manufactured 3D-printed objects. Layer lines, support marks and small differences in colour, texture or dimensions are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing and are not defects when they remain within the stated specification. Product photographs are representative; screen settings and filament batches can affect appearance. Decorative products are not toys, food-safe, medical, electrical-safety certified or load-bearing unless the product page expressly says otherwise. 3. Pricing and order acceptance Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable product charges, customization charges, taxes when applicable and delivery fees are shown on the product page, checkout or written quotation before payment. An order confirmation records our receipt of the order; BakeIt3D may reject or cancel an order for unavailable materials, pricing errors, unsafe or unlawful content, failed verification or manufacturing infeasibility. Any captured payment for an order we cancel will be refunded. 4. Payments Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay and its payment partners. Cash on Delivery is available only when checkout offers it. You authorize us and our payment providers to process the transaction information needed for payment, reconciliation, fraud controls and refunds. A payment is complete only when our system confirms it. 5. Personalization and custom work You are responsible for names, dates, dimensions, photographs, models and instructions you submit. Review spelling, orientation and specifications before confirming. For quoted custom work, the approved quotation and proof take priority over earlier discussions. Changes after approval may require a revised price and schedule and may not be possible after production begins. 6. Customer files and rights You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and give BakeIt3D a limited permission to review, adapt for manufacturing and produce it for your order. You confirm that you have permission to use all submitted designs, brands, characters, photographs and other material. We may refuse content that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading or infringes another person's rights. 7. Delivery, cancellation and returns Dispatch estimates are production estimates unless explicitly described as transit estimates. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. The Shipping & Pickup, Cancellation, and Refund & Return policies form part of these terms. Title and risk pass as described in the Shipping & Pickup Policy. 8. Acceptable use Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, evade security controls, scrape the service excessively, misuse another person's account, or request prohibited weapons, regulated items, deceptive goods or unlawful content. 9. Liability and force majeure To the extent permitted by law, BakeIt3D is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse, undisclosed requirements or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise. 10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support. Subject to mandatory consumer law, courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
