1. Who we are BakeIt3D is a 3D-printing business operating from Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse bakeit3d.com, create an account, place an order, request a custom print, upload a file, contact support or otherwise use our services. 2. Information we collect We may collect your name, mobile number, email address when you choose to provide one, billing and delivery address, PIN code, account and order history, customization choices, support messages and consent records. For custom work we may also receive models, drawings, photographs, documents and notes that you upload. We collect basic device, browser, security and website-usage information needed to operate and protect the service. 3. Payments Online payments are processed by Razorpay and its banking or payment partners. BakeIt3D does not receive or store your complete payment card details, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We retain payment references, status, amount and refund information needed to fulfil the order, reconcile accounts, prevent fraud and provide support. 4. How we use information We use information to create and manage accounts; review, quote, manufacture, deliver and support orders; validate customization; communicate production and delivery updates; prevent misuse; keep business and tax records; improve our products and website; and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing or portfolio use is based on the choice shown when you provide the information and can be withdrawn for future use. 5. Sharing We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that support payments, hosting, file storage, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, accounting and delivery. Delivery partners receive the recipient and address information needed to deliver an order. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or as part of a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information. 6. Phone verification When you choose mobile sign-in or another mobile-verification flow, Google Firebase Authentication processes your phone number, device and security signals to send and validate the verification SMS and prevent abuse. Google may store the phone number and related verification information under its own privacy terms. Requesting a verification SMS is transactional and does not give BakeIt3D marketing consent. Carrier charges may apply. 7. Reviews and service messages After an eligible order or custom project is completed, we may send one transactional review request and one follow-up approximately 24 hours later. You may dismiss the request. Reviews are checked before publication; a published review shows the display name presented on the form, its verified-purchase or verified-project status, review text, rating and any photos you chose to submit. We retain moderation and consent records needed to operate this service. A review request is separate from marketing consent. 8. Optional cart reminders If you explicitly opt in while using the cart, we verify the email address or mobile number you provide and may send cart reminders approximately one hour and 24 hours after your last meaningful cart activity. Where available, the service tries WhatsApp first and may use email as a fallback. Reminder links are time-limited. You can stop the reminder sequence from the reminder page, and checkout or an empty cart also stops it. Cart reminder consent is purpose-specific and separate from marketing consent. 9. Uploaded files and retention Customer files are access-controlled and used to assess or fulfil the requested work. Retention depends on request status, order status, support needs, fraud prevention and applicable record-keeping duties. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to backups and legal obligations. Do not upload information or files you are not authorized to share. 10. Security and choices We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. You may request access, correction, account assistance, deletion where legally available, or withdrawal of optional consent. We may retain records that law, dispute prevention or completed transactions require. 11. Children, external services and changes Our services are not directed to children under 18 without involvement of a parent or guardian. Third-party services have their own privacy terms. We may update this policy when our practices or legal duties change; the current version and effective date will remain on this page.
