1. Customer responsibility You must have the legal right and permission to submit every model, drawing, photograph, logo, character, name, document and other file you provide to BakeIt3D. Submission is your confirmation that our review, adaptation for printing and manufacture of the requested quantity will not violate another person's copyright, trademark, design right, patent, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or contractual rights. 2. Limited manufacturing permission You retain the rights you already own. You grant BakeIt3D a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, inspect, repair for manufacturability, slice, convert, reproduce and use the submitted material only as reasonably needed to quote, test, manufacture, deliver and support your request, maintain security and records, and comply with law. This permission does not transfer ownership to BakeIt3D. 3. Prohibited submissions Do not submit malware, stolen or unlawfully obtained files, non-consensual intimate material, content exploiting children, counterfeit credentials or currency, prohibited weapons or regulated components, deceptive goods, hateful or unlawful content, or material you are not authorized to use. We may refuse, suspend or report a request when reasonably required for safety, rights protection or legal compliance. 4. Third-party and fan content The existence of a downloadable model or online image does not prove commercial manufacturing rights. If a design uses a third-party brand, character, franchise, product geometry or artwork, you are responsible for confirming that the intended use and quantity are permitted. BakeIt3D may request evidence of permission or decline the order. 5. BakeIt3D work Unless a quotation transfers rights in writing, BakeIt3D retains rights in its pre-existing tools, workflows, original catalogue designs and design elements developed independently of the customer's protected material. Payment for manufacturing does not automatically transfer reusable source files or commercial reproduction rights. Any specific design-right licence or assignment must be written in the quotation. 6. File security and retention Files are handled under the Privacy Policy and shared only with personnel and service providers reasonably needed for storage, review, manufacturing, communications or delivery. Retention varies with request and order status, dispute and fraud-prevention needs, backups and legal record duties. You should keep your own source-file backup. 7. Portfolio permission We do not assume permission to publish customer files, personal photographs or confidential custom work. Where a request form offers optional portfolio permission, declining it does not affect fulfilment. Permission may be withdrawn for future use, but it may not be possible to recall material already lawfully printed or distributed. 8. Claims and removal If you believe material handled by BakeIt3D infringes your rights, provide the relevant URL or order reference, identification of the protected work, your relationship to the rights, contact details and a good-faith explanation. We may pause work while reviewing the claim and may ask for supporting evidence. For questions or requests under this policy, call or WhatsApp BakeIt3D at +91 91757 10943.
