What to include For an existing purchase, include the BakeIt3D order reference, the mobile number used for the order and a short description of the request. Never send a card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or one-time password. BakeIt3D and Razorpay do not need those secrets to check a payment or process a refund. 3. Payment and refund support If a payment was debited but the order status is unclear, share the order reference, payment date, amount and the safe transaction reference shown by your bank or Razorpay. For an approved refund, allow the timing described in the Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy. Your bank or payment provider may need the refund reference to trace a completed refund. 4. Damage, wrong item or missing parts Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the item and packaging and send clear photographs plus an unboxing video when available. Do not ship a return until support confirms the return instructions and destination. 5. Custom projects For a new custom print, use the Custom 3D Print request page so dimensions, intended use and files are recorded securely. Support can clarify the process, but a project begins only after feasibility review, written quotation, approval and any required payment. 6. Account safety Use the order-tracking page for routine status checks. We may verify limited order details before discussing an account or changing delivery information. BakeIt3D will never ask you to install a remote-control application or transfer money to unlock a refund. 7. Response and escalation We aim to acknowledge support requests promptly during normal Indian business hours. Complex manufacturing, carrier or payment investigations can take longer.
